THEN : Skinny Minnie - lowest weight ever - Weak - 115 lbs. and a size 00. I never felt like I had control over what I put into my body. I lacked a lot of willpower and care. I was on a very unhealthy diet of Pizza , Soda and Popcorn … and alcohol - no exercise at all, All these habits landed me in the hospital 3 times the following year. I was basically a mess.
NOW : Stronger than ever… I can probably lift more than most dudes - Im happy with my size 6 , I now have a bootie and feel STRONG . I live my life with flexible dieting, meal planning and Superfoods Every Single Day. I workout at home - I am the healthiest I've ever been and pretty proud of it. I’m all about consistency and balance !
